Lesson 4 - Popular OSs

   Introduction

In the last lesson, we discussed the main functions of an OS. In this lesson, we introduce the most common OSs used in LANs today. As we look at the features of each of these OSs, you will see that some support peer-to-peer networking, while others are full NOSs.
